Default Need tire size help

So I am getting my new wheels in tomorrow and now is the second step which I dont want to screw up. the right tires and right sizes. No point in getting wheels if the tires ride and run like crap. Right now im lowered on tanabe sustec pro 5s and all my fenders are rolled completely with the lining taken out. These are the wheel specs

Front: 19×9.5 +22
Rear: 19×11.0 +25

Varrstoen said they were running "Front tires are 225.35.19 and the rears are 265.30.19" but id like to not go that stretched if I can fit it. I would want to do 245/35 and 275/30 though I am unsure if I can fit it...

Can someone help me here in trying to figure out what will/wont fit?

That should work. You may be able to do 255 on the front. I have 18x10 on the front of my vet (granted diff offset) and rand a 265 tire. I would do 275 rear.
