275/30/20 Rub's when
I have 275/30/20 on the rear and on highway humps it rubs - always noticed with stocks the rear of car always was a lil lower then front. Could it be the springs had its time? Any suggestions?
Thinking old springs are somewhat of the reason - thinking of replacing springs or get the rear mud guard/lip of wheel wel mod'ed- the 275 with lip is A tuff look.

springs are fine, unless you got 100s of thousands of miles or rust, i don't see springs failing. as mentioned, your tires are overspec, which means overall diameter is larger than factory. and with aftermarket wheels / offset, rubbing is not surprising. you are more than likely rubbing where the fender meets the bumper

I ran 275/30/20 and have 285/25/20 now and the 275s are just too thick. I shaved most of my fender and while 90% of the time there were no issues, I would rub sometimes with passengers or a full trunk. The pic below is with 275/30/20 Yokohoma S.Drives
With the 285s I have not rubbed once.
With the 285s I have not rubbed once.
