I been noticing a difference in the color of the (same style) wheels on our cars. Take a look at the silver wheels on a typical GS350 (click on the thumbnail of the wheel for a closeup):
Remember that its just some schmo listing the ads. He can call the color of the car Mystic Chick Magnet Silver if he wants.
One set of wheels is painted, the other looks chromed or polished. Not sure what the wheel options were then. That's what your looking at right?
I know what ur saying, but I have seen the difference in wheels live on the road here (I live in high-roller Vegas). Mebbe there's some way to polish'em up more? Mine are the dull ones, I swear...

K the http://www.carmax.com/enus/view-car/...9-9317afa03c6c is the original color of the wheels when they are clean. The other link the car has 103k miles, do you believe in all of those miles he never had a curb rash? Those definatly look repainted by some shop that messed them up.

I got my car from them too, an '09 that only had 20,303 miles...so I dunno what to make of this.
If they are stock Lexus wheels, they are more than likely the same finish/color. Only time it would be different is if the owner had them painted for whatever reasons. Those descriptions by sellers are just "salesman" talk to make it sound fancy!
