Oh cool he used to work for Lexus of Watertown. Yeah I did horrible color but funny thing is I looked at it puzzled wondering how I would fit in that thing.

 

lol yah the color wouldnt be my first choice but if any lexus can pull it off its the lfa haha. Im only 165 so i can definitely fit in it

definately not feeling the new 4gs. back looks like a ls and the front looks like they toyed with an audi! grabbed the big thing and pulled it in on the middles! (if that makes any sense). so far i think its very ugly. nothing compared to the 3gs. i was also hoping it would look good. im also a big fan of the double lights in the front, and like how mb pulled it off! but this car looks bad not classy looking at all! only area that looks nice is the inside.. sorry if some of you really like it, everyone has their own opinion and mine is that this imo would have the same fate as the 2012 honda civic (redon due to poor sales). i know lexus probably wont go that way but this is ugly! and from a company that produced the lfa, youd expect more.

 

Honestly I think I really liked the LF-GH the concept had that design that looked good in my opinion. Sorry to the OP for hijacking your thread.

 

Agreed. Maybe Lexus hired one of their designers The Acura TL re-do has to be right up there with one of those only-a-mother-can-love front end looks of all time! My main issue is the front of the new GS as well -- it's actually become too aggressive looking and has lost some class by going that route imo...

 

I mean, it looks good an all that. I just don't get the GS feeling when I look at it. Guess I should wait til I drive it first.

 

I think the 4GS looks great! Wish I can afford the full MSRP price of an f-sport without the regret later. I've settle with a last on the lot 2011.
The 3GS look more high class though.

 

I was told that there is talks about a GS-F an that it is running through the channels at Lexus, this was from a spokeman at the autoshow. So I would wait a little.

 

I dropped of the car for an oil change at Lexus of queens. Got a loaner, RX, and got to check out the new GS in person. Once again, I am not impressed. Design is way too Hyundai looking, and the dash is not pleasant looking, its very basic. I am pretty sure I will not be upgrading to this model. Looks like LS460 is the only option.

 

I like the front look, but the rear just

 

I saw and sat in a 4gs today. The awd hump seemed larger than the 3GS but then again I only had loaner awd Gs' since mine is rwd. Interior quality is awesome but I'm not a fan of the BMW look they are doing and that screen is huge and weirdly placed. Really the only thing I liked was the rear sunshades on the the doors and the rear controls like the old ls430 ultras. Besides that not to much. Kinda ugly. Now I sat in a ls460 and fell in love!!! I mean true love too not just hooker love like my Gs... I'll be upgrading to a ls in the future.

 

When some clublexus members buy a 4GS, I'm gonna be respectful and keep my mouth shut. Until then, I'll keep saying how ugly the grill is and how plain the rest of the car is.
