You might need to provide the model you have to have this question answered. Although many of the main components of each car, V6, V8, AWD, and Hybrid are the same, they still will have different components which may need to be addressed at the 100K point.

Also the assumption would be that you have been getting maintenance at the suggested intervals up to this point.

I just did my 90k service and I have a V8

I changed out the water pump, spark plugs, serpentine belt, timing belt, timing belt tensioners, air filter, cabin filter, changed out the diff oil, flushed coolant and also the brake fluids.

Suspension stuff depends on the car - i only changed my struts once they were gone 127k. Before that - there's no need.

On top of timing belt, you can do what i did and get other misc stuff that people overlook when doing a tuneup. Like spark plugs, fuel filter, bushings are cheap - you can opt for those, along with end links. You can go as far as doing the spark plug wires [more pricey], do other stuff like air filter.

This is all assuming your car is stock.

Otherwise get some coilovers - cheaper than struts

Btw, i get my stuff from www.rockauto.com - cheapest anywhere for good quality stuff; they don't sell junk.

I ordered the parts from my friend who is a Lexus technician at Glendale Lexus. They have a 90k miles kit that includes water pump.

I checked Sewell before asking my friend and the kit they are selling online is not really the true 90k miles kit...
