I was hoping that the fitting kit will solve the issue, so I only bought four fitting kits and went to the garage. It turned out that they weren't able to unscrew the valves and had to cut them. I needed the car bakc the same day, so I had to just get the TPMS's from the garage...
It's been almost three months since I had all four TPMS's fitted and didn't have to top up the tires, so at least looks like that's been fixed.
