FYI, I just picked up (on sunday) CPO blk on blk 08 GS 350 with 40K miles for 32 OTD.. I'm from Socal as well...

Not sure if i can be of any help but i picked up a 08 GS350 AWD CPO with 34K miles for $32.6 OTD (NY tax 8.875%)

Dealer called back and said they can budge and work on the 36,900 OTD price. What should I offer now?
