Can I put the 08 back bumper on an 07 without changing anything but the bumper?
And if so, do the 08s have the same smokey granite mica color as the 07? ... As I would be looking to trade ( plus cash) with someone who has the same color car?

You have 2 options...

1. Call Carson or Sewell and see if the part numbers are the same
or
2. Try it on your car.

 

Boy, this is a tough one. You'll have to first figure out if those parts are interchangeable as Infamous 1 states. The vendors listed would be a good place to start. Then the biggest issue once you make it past that hurdle, is finding the bumper. You are in Cali it appears which may help you out. I imagine some legal chop shops may have a Lexus bumper or two just sitting around waiting for a tailess car to come a calling!

Finding someone to trade? Not too sure about that one!

 

i had a 08, and i fit a 06-07 job design rear bumper on the car. my guess is stock 06-07 rear bumper will fit on 08, but that's a guess. just keep in mind the 2 bumpers have some cosmetic difference

I just had this conversion done about a month and a half ago. Front and rear.

The rear bumpers fit good except it seems that the top part below the taillights, pops out a little bit.
