Arrow need help

I got new set of rims with tires today
front 19x8.5 +22 tires 235x35x19 rear 19x10 +26 tires 245+40+19
My question is can i still use the stock 18 wheels lug nut for new wheels or I have to change it
my another question do i need to do aligment after put new wheels on.

I couldn't on my old GS because the Lugs were centering. They didn't even fit the new wheel holes.

I would get an alignment just because you are now changing the geometry of your suspension.

most aftermarket wheels (actually i have yet to see an exception) can't use the stock lugs. the stock lugs for lexus wheels are actually quite different, it's the washer type. most aftermarket wheels they are tuner type (sp), which has a cone shape
