Hi guys, I am about to get a GS350 and the requirement here in Texas is that there must be a front plate. I was wondering if there was any mount that does not require drilling holes into the front of the bumper or a hideaway thing like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XnrfkJiCDRE

Is there a good spot on the GS to put that?

And also unrelated, but can I perform the recalls at any time I would like even if the car is out of warranty? I see a lot hold off until it is performed more often.

 

i just cut my front plate, sanded the cut part so its smooth and zapstrapped it up to the front lower honeycomb grill... i had to trim a little off the top and almost up to the #'s at the bottom

 

I saw a bracket some where on line, it bolts on to where u would put the tow bolt so its more to da side not directly in da middle

 

If you go to the 6th Generation nissan maxima forums ,there are a couple of guys on there who have that mobile plate device on thier vehicle and can help you out.
