buying used with 37k.. warranty still good?
If I buy a non-CPO 2008 model placed in service 6/2008, with 37k miles, what warranty would I be covered under? Is this warranty fully transferrable if I buy?

you posted another thread topic similar to this which will mean one of the two will close.
The factory warranty is trasnferable which in your case would only mean the 5yr/60k powertrain as the bumper to bumper 3yr/36k is already expired.

Hmm...my '07 GS had a 4 yr/50K warranty that expired last month (FWIW...I did by an extended warranty).

factory warranty is transferable, meaning the 4yr/50k bumper to bumper and 6yr/70k powertrain. here's an example
http://www.lexus.com/models/ISF/warranty/
if the car went into service since 6/08, that means bumper to bumper warranty will expire 6/12 or another 13k miles from now
