Hey everyone,
Just picked up a CPO 08 gs350 with 27k miles on it last week.
This thing is in such nice shape, I couldn't believe it was used.
So far I'm loving it although there's a couple things that are bugging me.
-windshield rearview shakes like crazy. Is this normal? Is there a TSB for it?
-too much freakin chrome. They could've toned that down a bit.

for the rear view mirror, yes there is a tsib about it, i know they have it for the 2is, i THINK they have it for 3gs too. should have it checked out

Welcome and congratz, yes there is a tsb for the rearview mirror shaking. I had the same issue when i bought mine brought it to the dealer and they said a screw was missing. They put in a screw tightened it and it was fine since then.

Congrats on the new wheels brotha... It looks like it is in FLAWLESS Condition. Plan on any mods, or are you going to keep it stock? Would love to see what you do to adjust the chrome level to match your taste.

Thanks for the welcome guys.
I'm primarily bugged by the headlight surround chrome.. looks out of place. I'm thinking about making that black and trying to find some eyelids.
In terms of mods, I really don't want to go nuts and catch the mod bug again like i did when I got my celica.
I would consider maybe a mild drop just to fill the wheel wells a little, but I don't want to sacrifice ride quality like my old car where I had some Tein SS's.
Here's my old car which I really need to sell. (obviously used to be in much better shape)
As for the mirror, I have to take the lexus to the dealership to get it detailed and have them put on the protectant stuff that I got with it, so I'll ask them to take a look at that.
