Hi Guys I have a 2006 GS430 and want to change from the 19" wheels I have now to 20"x8.5 but am unsure of what tyre size I have 235-35-19 at the moment I was thinking of 235-30-20 for the 20" Rims I would like a little more tire on the 20" what would be the largest i can get away with as I don't want any rubbing at any time the car is Stock and has no Suspension mods
I'm also in the same boat as you, I'm going from 19's to 20's.
Current setup on coilovers and fenders rolled with 10mm spacers ( no rubbing anymore )
MRR GT1's 245/35/19 fronts and 275/30/19 rears Falken tires
Wheels are 8.5 +35 front and 9.5 +45 rears.
As long as you're not lowered, you can go 245/35/20 and 275/30/20. But if you are lowered and no fender mods, I would guess 245/30's and 275/25's should work.
You need to find our what the wheel specs on the 20's are! That's number priority before deciding tires.
