Nav Hack question

Nav Hack question
I'm in the middle of wiring up the Nav hack on my '07 GS350. The switch I bought has a white dot on it. I want the white dot position to be the hack position. Which wire should I connect to the white dot terminal, the white w/silver dots, or the purple? I'm also looking for a good spot to ground the yellow wire if anyone can help.
