wassup everyone. i wanted to know if anyone has done powder coating or has painted their rims before? what is better? powder coating or paint? if you've done any of these to your rims, please post pictures for me to see. thank you.

 

I neither painted nor powder coated the rims on my BMW. Instead, I wrapped them in black. Peeling and cracking was visible after 15k miles.

Cheap and convenient way to change color of your wheels IMO.

My two cents. I think there are reasons almost every rim in the world comes painted and not powder coated.
