I know that there are threads on how to remove the front bumpers, but can somebody provide instructions on how to remove the rear bumpers?

The curvature where the rear bumper meets the rear fender is not fitting very well on one side. I want to try to fix this up today (along with soundproofing the interior, again).

 

What year is your GS

I'm having the same exact problem with my 2007 GS rear bumper cover. Please let me know if you were able to solved the issue. thanks.

 

I think there is some bolts in the trunk bay and also on the side that need to be taken off in order to get it off, just giving you an idea.

 

Does anyone have detailed instructions or sth how to remove rear bumber?
