If so....chime...in please..I want to know your experience/opinion on this upgrade.....

I don't think anyone here is running a mid pipe on stock axle backs! I have these midpipes but with tanabe axle backs!
There is a video of axle backs with and without mid pipes on a GS350 if you're interested. Or perhaps this video is close to what you are looking for, it's a Tanabe mid pipes on an IS350

I'm useing the Invidia Mid-Pipe with the stock exhaust and I love it
the sound is nice and not to loud I also feel the car with a bit more pep at low end than I did when I used the Mid-Pipe with the Tanabe cat back...
3GS have been around from 6 years and still no full exhaust system! Dont think anyone dynoed their car with a midpipe+exhaust? I think lexus cars gain quite a bit from an exhaust system, since ISF owners gain 25whp from just an exhaust system.

i have SNS mid pipes on oem exhuast and love it ...using mid pipes and a aftermarket exhaust , you will lose to much low end from lack of back pressure...with the oem exhaust and mid pipes i actually pull better off the line and runs great on freeways too..just my 2 cents
