aerotect bumper plugs installed!!!
Finally got rid of the lame license plate frame. A few things to note:
- holes had to be drilled bigger so the plugs with fit
- paint on the plugs does not match perfectly with oem paint, darker shade
- wish the entire plug was painted instead of just the front
- used a razor blade to trim off the nipple, but the plugs still didn't sit flush because the bumper has a curvature, it's flush on the bottom but u can see a small gap on the top
- you can see the plugs from far away
Overall: looks a lot better than the license plate frame, but it's not a permanent fix, when the time comes (in a couple years once the rock chips add up), I will have the holes filled and entire bumper repainted
