its a ***** lol. how much condensation? the best way to really do it (and its not all that effective) is take the light out and use a heat gun or hair dryer on the back side to blow hot air into the housing to dry up the water.

eh its going to be hard to not have water spots. you could also remove and leave them sit in the house for a week or so to let them dry out completely. I tried a heat gun on my drivers side one and it worked ok. Got the majority out of the headlight but the little city light was a little tougher. It looked much better but there was still a bit in there. Im sure if i cared more could of done it better.

What would have caused this to happen? I mean it literally just happened, I went to the garage looked down and theres condensation all in it, and of course it happens right after the warranty ends.

Both of mine had condensation the dealer wont swap them out if your out of warranty. I had them blacked out then resealed but 1 kept getting condensation and annoyed the **it out of me so i ended up buying 2 used ones online and replacing them.

I wonder if this constitutes a Lexus LSB, b/c there seems to be a lot of IS/IS-F condensation in the passenger headlight only post recently.

a little condensation is normal, if it goes away promptly under the sun.

if you have huge water droplets hanging off the inside of the plastic, then it's f'd.

you may want to ask for a courtesy fix if you're just one month out of warranty.

make sure to take lots of quality pictures, since you might be doing battle with Lexus.

last resort is to take out the lamps and reseal them.

I noticed that I had this problem today too. Extensive condensation inside the drivers side headlamp housing. It's never occurred before.

Best I can tell is that the water entered through the weather seal directly above it when I washed the car yesterday. The seal was not seated properly in that spot. I probably knocked it loose when I was working near there a couple of weeks ago.

I re-seated the seal, opened up the headlamp housing and let a fan dry it out. It was perfect after an hour. We'll see if it recurs.
