Loaner question
I brought my car back to my original dealership where the car was purchased and they gave me a loaner right away and the guy was very nice.
If you're in Ontario, DONT GO TO RICHMOND HILL LEXUS

I bought mine from a private seller and have never had a problem getting a loaner. I have an IS350 right now matter of fact as my loaner. I've had it for 2 weeks and a day now.
I keep seeing the email every couple of days showing another new part coming in as they try to figure out the noise. The dealership makes money of that don't they?

Lexus policy is that dealers give out loaners when cars are serviced under warranty. It's not a dealer courtesy for people who bought cars from them. This is a key difference between BMW and Lexus.
If this was a BMW dealer I would say the guy is right, but he's a Lexus dealer so he has to give you a loaner.
