Allow my self to introduce....myself. My name is Ty, I just bought an 06 gs300 rwd in mercury about a month ago. Im interested in doing some mods to my car but nothing too extreme. Ive had enough with modifying my cars to a point where they become garage queens. This car will be daily driven and I would like to keep it as reliable and worry free as possible, but.... like alot of you, I just cant keep my cars stock.
First thing first, I would like to take care of some essentials before I start modifying. I want to get some all weather floor mats, Im really leaning towards the weathertech liners since they look to have better protection and Im not really feeling the new lexus ones that they came out with. I have ash interior and cant decide if I want to get black or the matching gray liners. I think the black would give the interior more contrast but the gray would flow better. Let me know what you guys think and if anyone has some pictures of these liners installed I would love to see them to get a better feel of what they would look like.
thanks!

I think the weather tech floorliner is the way to go. The left foot rest tends to get very dirty. The weathertech floorliner is the only one that protects that area.
vs.
Weathertech fit and build quality is excellent. They used to make the previous gen OEM all weather mats (the new ones are from Europe), and they still make all OEM mats for BMW.

at this point im set on the weathertech liners, Im just more stuck on if I should get black or the matching gray color. Im leaning more towards black but would like to hear peoples thoughts on it.If anyone has the liners in this color combination I would love to see some pics!

Thanks for the reply, glad to hear that someone shares my view on going black. I know that the contrast with the gray carpet and black carpet mats look good but im concern about how it would look with the liners since they come up so high on the sides. thanks again Batman! anyone else care to comment?
I wouldn't go with the liners rather the regular weather tech mats I have the black one, although my interior is black I do agree that the gray with black mats will go nice just not the liners I think of a van or truck when I see those, but thats my opinion.
