I am having a issue while driving my audio completely goes out except for the navigation. When I restart the car, everything is ok and works like usual. This only happen every once in a while, do anyone have any suggestion/ideas on what could be the cause?

 

Had this happen too w/ my XM radio. Dealer replaced tuner box at no charge as there is a TSB regarding.

 

May be a loose wire in the back, I also had this problem navigation screen was replaced cause I had just bought the car, but I think its a loose wire other than that you could bring it to your dealership.

 

Do you recall what the TSB is? was it covered under warranty?
