In Oregon for 100+MPH it is $1000 plus court fees (total tag is $1073) AND automatic DL suspension for 30 days.

 

I was afraid of these penalty fees. I came to a toll road before (didn;t mean to), and didn't have any spare change, and they wouldn't take credit card. So I just sat there for 10 minutes, before driving through, because I'm a cheapskate and had to really consider my options.

Didn't pay the toll and didn't get dinged for a fee. Not sure why not.
