a/c systems can/do sweat while they on...

BTW dont use "duct tape" go to a local HVAC supply house and get some foam insulation tape

Help!!!

I mess around with this trying to get this resolve but OMG........

First... pic below you see the red arrow, it's a plastic clip. Is it suppose to go into the hole with the green arrow pointing to it?

And than there is the OMG.. it seem this air duct is not connect to any other air duct behind the deck.. it's hard to see so I made an illustration. The blue arrow is pointing out of the opening of this air duct... is my car missing a section of air duct?

I had mine cracked open recently, and I do remember seeing a white duct with an open end in there that looked odd. Maybe what you saw?

Try looking at a parts diagram http://www.lexuspartsnow.com/

I know what you are referring to, I saw it too but it wasn't part of the ventilation. I did turn on the air full blast, the air was not coming from that white round tub with open end (no clue what it was and why it was there). The air seem to blow all over behind the nav.

I check that site, I couldn't find any diagram of air ducts. I looked through each one of the "Body" section.

just a random guess, what if dealership tried to take apart the dash to insulate the clips for squeaking?
