Do Lexus dealers tint windows? I have $150 in Lexus credit can be used on anything and I want my windows tinted.

 

if anything they outsource to other shops anyway

I would say if Lexus did tint windows, they would do so within the legal limit. Which is 75% in NYC. I highly doubt they'd do something illegal, like 35% or limo dark. Unless you got some papers

 

In CA (Longo) we did the windows at the dealer after we bought it. They did tint it darker than the legal limit and advised us that it was illegal. Unfortunately, their usual tint guy left to start his own business and the new guys sucked. After redoing it several times they ended up towing it over to the old guys shop and he did it perfectly.

 

why don't you save the credit for car maintenance?

if they did tint windows, they'd probably overcharge you by $150, making the credit pointless.

 

I wouldn't have the dealership do your window tinting- they'd probably over charge...IF you need tinting better then dealer quality PM me-I'll refer you to a spot.
