ok did some research and this is what i found
2007 grille

2008+ grille

parts for a 2008 with price and part numbers. illustrations 1 is for 2007 and illustrations 2 is 2008
http://www.lexuspartsnow.com/compone...01-1231~2.html

it looks like the inner grille can be reused just need outer grille chrome molding..i hope i will be calling a few places tomorrow

if u look at the link the grille number 53111 { pnc ** far right of column if u look at the years everything is the same besides part number price is the same too
i also think the L emblem is the same assuming the grille is the same

The 08 grille only fits the 08 bumper. If you look at the bumper that the grille attaches to, you will see it is different in design.

hahaha that's funny. i have 08 and got 07 JD kit. you have 07 and got 08 kit

i didn't go with 07 grille, i got the lx-mode. but the grille itself isn't cheap iirc. and you have to get the emblem too i believe, that's also different.

and you also need the chrome bezel of course, i think that's like 100 bucks (maybe a bit more for 08)

now the funny thing, 08 grille i believe is a bit larger than 07. so in your case, i wonder what if you try to fit the 07 stock grille on the 08 JD bumper. would there be gap and look weird

I recently did a after minor change to my 06 gs. I can tell you that you will need the trim and the grill which will cost around $300 if you can get the dealer price. I actually went with the 2010 hybrid grill so I had to buy the blue emblem which cost roughly $150 but if want just the regular 2008 grill I believe you can use you existing emblem.

Just get the complete grill ( inner and outer frame ) and peace of mind. Your main worry about the bumper is sorted since you already have the 08+ kit.

So naurally, the 08+ OEM grill should work perfectly.

I want to change front of my car... I have 07 GS 350 and want to get 08-09 look on it.. I did some research but honestly didn't get the exact answer that's the reason I'm posting this question.... so I was wondering if I buy 08-09 bumper and grill will it fit on my 07 GS.. w/out any problem... or do I have to do some modifications... also I want to know is there a headlights diff. or all of them are the same.... and last question fog lights are the same too or they are different... I appreciate for any information... I need this cuz I'm planing to change it while my car is on the shop getting fixed...

Thanks...

according to most the guys on here, you can swap out the front bumper and the grille to the 08' style. with out any problems at all.im going to do this as soon as i have some cash for oem parts i am tired of aftermarket parts.they never line up as they should.
