Default Loud crack pulling into driveway

I was pulling into the gas station tonight and the driveway is lil steeper than normal. I would say I pulled in at a 50-60 degree angle and all of a sudden I hear a loud crack like sound. It sounded like it came from driver's side, between the front and rear doors towards the roof.

Do you guys think it's just the twist of the body frame since it's a brand new car or could it be something else I need to worry about?

towards the roof? did you get out and look at it? i would of said it was probably one of the covers under the car scraping the ground but im not sure what could have happened if it happened towards the roof

No shots fired at me, hoping I didn't **** anyone off.

Maybe it could've been from the bottom of the car but it def wasn't scraping. But I did hear it from towards the middle/top of the car. Who knows. We'll see if I hear it again, I hope not.

The exact same thing happened to my car on the first night I brought her home. I pulled up onto my driveway at an angle fearing I was going to scrape the bottom of the front lip. I then heard a loud crack, which I think has to be from the car frame. I still live at that house, and now it has been 2 years, but I haven't heard that crack since. Really weird.

Same thing happened to me about a month after owning the car. Hasn't come back since.

my first thought is that you popped a weld with the twist.

but since passnu hears it everyday, it's probably not that.
