Any update from anyone? I just got my 2008 GS350 last night and my buddy, who has an 08 IS250, is also interested. Neither of us have ML, but we have NAV.

The only thing we want is Bluetooth streaming from our iPhone 5's. We both want to use the Lexus Bluetooth for calls, and from what I have read in this thread so far, it looks to be possible.

Has anyone purchased the new 1500 as supplied by Audiovox? How is the streaming working? In my mothers 2011 RX it is flawless, but it is also factory. I am hoping the MediaBridge can replicate this. I read above that things seem to be working fine with the MediaBridge and Lexus cars thanks to firmware updates, but I am curious to know whether those who already have the product can still recommend it or not. Once again, all I care about is streaming audio with steering wheel controls. He may purchase the satellite option so any feedback on that would be appreciated as well. Thank you.

I think its still a good deal for the price, however, the quality of steaming over bluetooth won't be as nice as an oem setup. Overall I am happy with the setup, the best quality is when using usb. I believe the new audiovox unit has no changes other than cosmetic.

just installed this today on my 07 rx350. From about 30 minutes of listening it seems like the aux connection has slightly worse sound quality than using a USB thumb drive. am i correct or is this just me being too picky?

Probably depends on what you have plugged into AUX and whether it or the mediabridge have the better quality dac.
