Does anyone know why Lexus Canada is refusing to offer any of the apps and phone integrations that are offered in USA? They do the same on their Toyota vehicles.

I was told that is due to government regulations and licensing, but BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Mazda etc offer it. How did they get it approved and Toyota can not??
