How many miles do you have?
Personally I wouldn't use any fuel system cleaner.
Maybe in that 80-100k range you may want to take it to the dealer to have the injectors cleaned.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

It's always been my belief that those additives do pretty much nothing as the gas you buy already contains enough additives to keep things fairly clean as you go.
I was interested in trying the Terraclean system a while ago but now I'm not so sure that that is just snake oil too.

I'm semi interested in trying it to see if it helps with my weird warmup idle and sometimes weird warm idle, but I figure I am just going to live with it until my next service and see what Lexus says about it first because it's under warranty and if there is enough carbon buildup to cause things to idle badly in there they ought to do a cleaning service like this for free to try to solve it.

Seafoam seems a bit iffy to me. Too many anecdotal horror stories about it ending lower-tech engines, I'm not sure how I'd feel about dumping it into one of our DI engines.
I'd pay a bit extra and take it to the dealer to take care of it, just for the peace of mind that if anything goes kaput there or shortly after you have an escape route.

Seafoam does work but your right I wouldn't put in a Lexus. I used it on my truck and had great results. But there are tons of horror stories but that's usually when they use too much through the Vac line.

I would just use octane boost that stuff really works. I used NOS and outlaw octane boost and it helped with throttle response.

are these additives safe for direct injected engines?? I used to use octane booster on my G35 and it made the car idle smoother and made it a touch more responsive ( could be in my head) but I have not messed with stuff like this on my GS because I am afraid to screw something up

I've tried a lot
Shell V-power
Techron
STP
Marvel Mystery Oil
Store brand
etc etc
Never had any issues with them and the car continues to run great with great MPG so it surely isn't hurting it. Not sure of any true benefits outside of piece of mind and cleaner injectors.
