Seems ok, Interior is ok, no airbags look like they need replacing..
Majority of the parts can be bought cheap as off ebay, doors, mirorrs, front bumper, fenders, headlight, radiator, AC, condensor, suspension links,
It would be the cheap as..
You will need them fitted and painted also straighten up the front bumper support and what ever else.
