"Self adjusting" in that they'll lower when driving uphill and vice versa, but you can still adjust the height of where you want your cutoff to be. The 3rd Gen GS is known to have too low of an aim so many people are adjusting these. No worries!

Is there a pic out there of how to adjust the height of the headlights... Im assuming you have to remove the plastic covers from under the hood to do this... I am used to having 55 watt 6000k HIDs and the lights on the GS are far from adequete imo...

stock GS bulbs are ugly yellow..which is why everyone here wants to replace em.

Your Garax 6000K looks good!

The 6000K indeed looks better from outside, not inside. I have 3000k hid fod so the OEM 4300K headlights are not too bad in contrast.

I did have my CX-9 OEM 4300K replaced with the 6000K and like you said, the road visibility isn't as good as OEM. I think 6000K is the most I’d go without sacrificing too much road visibility. It’s the cost to pay to play…
