Hey guys, I'm having some weird things happening with my cars bluetooth. It just started happening out of no where, when my phone (blackberry tour) and my car connects it goes to the CALL Screen and shows that my phone is CONNECTED as if I was connected to a phone call and starts making a constant BUZZ sound. I have to hit the "hang up" button on the screen (or steering wheel) to stop everything.

I already tried deleting my phone from the car and re-pairing it, but it still "BUZZes" when it connects and still goes to the call screen.

Has anyone ever hear of this happening...its so strange, any help would be appreciated!

 

The only thing I can suggest is to borrow someone elses GSM phone, swap sim cards, and try with another phone for a while to at least isolate whether the problem is the phone or the car.

I've never had any trouble with the BT in my car, using an old SE k790a. About the only annoyance is that sometimes it takes two tries to get connected (but the car does it automatically) where it says connection failed, and then a couple seconds later says connected.
