Good Bye Peeps....
Just wanted to say farewell to all you GS tuners. With all the AWD headache's I decided to put my car back to stock, and hand it over to my wife. Looking into getting into a 350Z. The only vibration I'll be feeling, is the engine revving up to 8K RPM
Anyways keep your eyes open, cause I'll have some new parts for sale in the classified section (Vossen,Bltiz,Ings+1). Since were will still keeping the GS in the family, I'll pop in once in awhile...

When it's cold out and when the car is still warming up, sometimes there are some vibes through the doors or floor. Some people seem to have it worse than others, on mine it's mostly not noticeable. It seems to be amplified greatly when people put lowering springs on.
Personally, I'll take the small and infrequent vibes over a RWD model living in Toronto. The AWD system is just too nice to have to get upset over it. BUT, that's just my car, I don't know how bad others are.
P.S. I've always wanted a 350z (or 370) since they first came out, but the look of them now is getting a bit old. It's kind of how it works for nissans, when they first release a new design it looks amazing to me but after a few years it starts looking really dated. It's one of the reasons I liked the GS when I was shopping, you can tell that it will continue looking great for years and years because it's a very classic styling as opposed to Nissan's which seem more like runway fashions to me. Head turning at first, but not something you'd actually wear on any regular basis.
Take a look even at the older 2GS models, they certainly don't look as modern as 3GS does but they still look GOOD.

350Z is nice. Too bad they gave the 370Z the ugly fangs up front. My co-worker has a grey 350Z and it looks pretty sharp with the factory mudgards. Looks almost like a kit. If she threw some wheels and a drop on it, it would look sick. Good luck with it.
If you look up in this forum of guys trying to lower there AWD GS, you see a lot of people have vibration issues, when stopped at a light, or a little wobble of the wheel at 5-10mph. For me I had both those problems, even with NF210
and stock wheels on. It got worst when I put on my Vossen's.
