Default HELP!! How to remove push button start??

Hi All,

I need help to remove my push button start, so I can run a wire to the back of it for my air suspension..

Does anyone know how to remove it?

Or does anyone know if I can connect the remote wire from the air compressor to another point in the car instead of trying to access the push start button..?

cheers.

my understanding, from having my remote start installed, the wires from the push start are really thin. I dont think you want to tap them as any kind of power source. Do you need a remote wire (on with car only) or a hot wire(always on)?

It's something to do with being on the other side of the equator, I think. Man, I wish I was in Aus right now, how's your summer going?

That is what i said... it has a switch.

Anyways I ended up hooking it up to the power to the cigarette lighter, so it comes on with ACC.
