Default bottom engine access panel

I was driving last night and all the sudden i started hearing a scraping noise i was on the interstate and didn’t hit anything i pulled over to find out the front bottom engine cover that is near the bumper came loose and was dragging it broke somehow.... I had to cut it off to keep it from dragging and I’m going to bring it with me when i go for my service appoint Jan 2nd do you think the warranty will replace this part??

Is it the panel covering the oil filter? If so, did Lexus last change the filter? If so, you may have a case under warranty. If not, whoever changed the filter last (except if it was you) may pay for the replacement, especially if it means keeping your business.
Just random thoughts.
