I'd be interested in headers and FULL exhaust for my 09 GS350.

they are working on the headers right now. the dual exhaust is already on the market. Can I ask why you want to make the car so loud for so little power gain??? I had headers on my G35 and DAMN it was loud ( with intake, new manifold, headers, dual exhaust, and high flow cats). I am done with exhaust mods. To each his own. Enjoy

lol i'm thinking of just doing headers, to see how it turns out first, then slowly i'll consider midpipes, i'm pretty certain i don't want an exhaust because the car would just be TOO loud for my taste

Funny. Most people would start with the exhaust, then mid pipe, and finally the headers

I believe that 15-20whp should be the standard, otherwise whats the point? The sc400 headers i am offering showed anywhere from 17-25whp gain, i would expect similar results for the v8 models and a little bit less for the v6 models. Either way, if it wont make good power, i wont even offer them.

I can make those but it would cost a little more money and i dont believe would make any difference. On racecars it might but not worth the extra cost in my opinion.

I am interested and also have an S/C. How soon are you looking to MFG these?
It all depends on interest. Once i'll start on the project it can take between 3-5 months from start to the time they are ready to ship to the customers. It all depends on how smoothly the manufacturing process goes. Sometimes things happen and you need to make revisions. A safe bet is 3-5 months.

I am already planning on equal length headers!

The v6 models will actually be a little louder then the v8's believe it or not. The v8 models will sound a little deeper then stock but not too loud. If you ever heard the SC400 headers i offer they sound like a v8 mustang but a little quieter. It sounds really good. I hope to achieve similar sound and noise level as the sc400's.

As for the v6 models i will do whatever i can to reduce rasp that 6 cylinders are known for. Whatever the final design will be, sound will be a factor. This is a lexus, not a honda, i want to make sure it will sound good as well.

GS300 List
1. ryan78 - AWD
2. jonnyxboi

GS350 List
1. kyang91
2. 01a4man

GS430 List
1. dlieu8989
2. passnu2
3. Jskyline
4. XxGoKoUxX

GS460 List
1. spankee198
2. Rider
3. Leeladisky

I am not going to include the GS450h on the list at this point. Once the headers are made i will be more then happy to test fit it on the GS450h and if it fits, great, but i will not be offering its own version as i dont see a great demand for it.

Its a good start so far but i will need to see more interest so keep it going

lol, i work backwards, mainly because i'm looking for quietness at idle (hopefully this is what i'll achieve) and bat from hell when it's at WOT =]

HMM, IMF and PPE working on GS headers... The main aspect people are going to look for is WHP, and sound so I guess it would be tight between you guys .
