Default winter tire fitment

well summers over in canada its time to think about winter tires i wanted to know if these will fit on my 18 inch rims that are using 245/40/r18 tires. Tires are one thing i dont know much about.

Rear - 265/35R18
Front- 225/40R18

Its close for us in Chicago also...

Why not stay with the 245/40 tire size? I have the Michelin Alpina 3 for my winter tires on the OEM Gspyders. Did a good job for me last year.

My buddy sold his bmw and has his winter tires left. there only used 1 winter and he only wanted 400$ there blizzaks. I got my answer from my uncle. No they will not work, On a awd you will want the same size all around so you dont throw off any of the sensors like abs or trac control.

^ I see. I think you can get the Blizzaks for ~ 600$ from TireRack.
