Wheels or Kit?
Few issues:
-I like the GS without a kit.
-The car is a daily driver and I'm not in the mood to navigate dips and curbs.
-I want a coupe, a G37 (Lexus doesn't make a coupe for me)....but if I get a kit it means the GS is a keeper.
-Lastly, I want some 5 spoke wheels bad.

BUT... If you're thinking of 22's, then definately the kit 1st because the 22's without the drop and kit will give you a Lexus Donk.

PM me if you want wheels. Just found a wheel that's 5 spoke and I LOVE IT. I'm not too much for 5 spoke but honestly, if I had the money I would pull the trigger.
I say sell your wheels and then get a nice set. Go for some coilovers with it. Then slap on a nice subtle kit if u want to be conservative with how it sits.
And two car payments don't mean u can't mess with the car I'm a living example.
Oh and I know someone selling a set of 5 spoke marions. Let me know

No, that's not true.
I am interested in a kit ONLY because I am a modder at heart.....but I really don't want one. They change the car but are a pain in the butt. Great for garage queens and weekend warriors but too much drama for daily driving. I want to drive, bob and weave, put my foot in it sometimes, take curves in a haste......not look out for every curb and dip....watching out for that parking cement thingy. I've been there before and I'm not feeling it.
Plus, I really believe the 3GS does not need a kit. It has a tall body. A kit makes it even taller taking away any sleekness the car has.
I may still get one some day when the car is no longer a daily....if I have it that long. WHeels do more of what I am looking for. 5 spokes have that bold and expressive presense when they are turning and even when they are sitting still. Those big spokes really pick up the eye. You're drawn to them.
I'm too cheap to do both at the same time so it's one or the other.
I know what I'm going to do.
