The new tails and the grille are ugly. I highly doubt that we'll see HDD in the States on this model, 4GS will definately come with HDD. Those wheels on the other hand are really nice.

I do like the circular rings, ala the last gen circles....(I miss the quad rear tails)

 

2011 MY is when we will see a re-designed GS. Although possible, I don't think these aesthetic changes will find their way stateside.

 

Hope its not that soon. 2012 or 2013 is perfect.

most likely the HDD will be brought over, just like it is now on the IS convertible, LX, RX, and also will be on the LS. However, for some odd reason, lexus will not allow for user recordable space. the HDD will solely be used for navigation.

so interesting the hybrid grill is being add to all hybrids. wonder why it isnt on the RXh

 

I just dont see the point of adding the HDD on a 3GS now. Unless of course, Lexus has decided to keep this model for another 3 - 4 years.

 

probably doesnt cost that much to add it, plus allows for crisper reponses since those models are still using a touch screen. they got to keep up with the times. Also, the new gen nav has the lexus enform/XM traffic,weather so it might be worth it to add those things with the hdd

 

i like the HDD option.

40gb hard drives are cheap. probably didn't cost much to upgrade the cassette.


the 450H wheels look cheap.

i don't like those rings in the tail lights

the 450h grille isn't as ugly as the new LS600h at least. I thought lexus would mutilate the beak. Did the grille get chunkier???

 

I like everything they did to 2010 GSh.
Clear rings in tails are exactly what GS needed since original facelift. Tail lights are the most boring and bland aspect about GS exterior.
Wheels are much better looking than original GSh and I would say they are the best looking wheels offered since 06 430 five spokes (Japanese optional 18" as accessories are still the best overall)
And that new green color looks HOT!!!!

I like the current hybrid wheels better (so hard to find!). I like the new tails, although it is a very subtle change. I really like the hybrid grille, but I certainly hope those huge emblems on the side are a hoax. After seeing this and the recently released pictures of the new 2010 LS460/460L/460 SZ/600hL, I'm not sure I like the future design cues indicated by the pictures. :/

 

Did anyone not see the lane departure warning system and driver facial warning thing?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?! Jeez... Screw the cosmetic changes and focus on the technology updates over in Japan!
