Default Can I get a regular mechanic to do these?

2006 GS300 AWD, with 61K. Since I have already changed the oil, done new brakes and rotos, new tires and wheels, aligned. Can I get a regular mechanic, who is a friend of a friend that I trust to check these out?
___Axle shaft boots
___Ball joints and dust covers
___Brake lines and hoses
___Drive belt
___Engine coolant
___Exhaust pipes and mountings
___Fuel lines and connections, fuel tank band and fuel
tank vapor vent system hoses
___Steering linkage and boots
___Transfer case for signs of leakage
___Transmission for signs of leakage
___ Fuel tank cap gasket

As it states in the manual and some of you have suggested. How much should I be looking to pay for just check ups?
Thanks,
Laura

Independent shops are usually cheaper than dealer. You can probably save at least 25% or more. Dealer prices are marked up.

Dealer Prices are marked up because anything they do is 100% certified and they take full responsibility if something goes wrong again. IF your car is new, dont risk taking it to a random person who can further worsen things up.
