I have a 09 GS350 AWD. I just had this recall done last week. I never hear any of the noise that you guys were saying, but my service advisor told me that there is a Cam gear safety recall on my car and they scheduled to have it done during oil change service.

Have any of you who had this recall done experience a drop in gas mileage??? I'm seeing a slight drop in mine... I usually get about 27-28 MPG... Now is about 25 ish,,,

 

Is cam gear is a recall? My car just barely out of warranty. 61k miles but bought it in July 2007.
