Just in the ranges of what factory states. Does anyone know what could be the problem???? or has this happen to anyone?
Sounds like to me that you may have a toe in/out issue on the right/rear. Camber is not adjustable. The only thing left that comes into play is toe. Toe can be the death of a tire, more than what camber can do. How many miles did it take for the tire to get this way?

agree, that's what i was thinking too, toe setting is probably way off on the right. but then he said the goodyear tech said everything is good, so i wonder what's "good"

fighter... I'm in agreement with #2 because that is the style I'm going with. Iforged and Symbolic have nice 3-piece 5 stars (but too expensive for me). Here are some other options:
1) Enkei (only offset is 40 w/ both 20x8.5 and 20x9.5)
2) TSW (20x10 w/ offsets 25 or 40 and 20x8.5 w/ offsets 20 or 40)
3) Lorenzo (only offset is 35 w/ both 20x8.5 and 20x9.5)

Not sure if these offsets work or not.

Default driv 20s

2006 GS300 RWD, Quartz Shadow Metallic
Wheel Name: Drive Moonshine 5
Size: 20x8.5
Offset" ?
Tire Size(s): Nitto NT555, 235/35/20
Suspension mods: Tanabe NF210
Pros: reasonable price for wheels and tires, ride is pretty close to stock, only 2% over stock diameter, no rubbing issues
Cons: not to many choices of tires in sizes 235/35, rim sticks out of edge of tire so no room for error on curbs
  • Like the 5 spoke design
  • Still wanted comfort but also performance and looks
  • Mild drop with NF210s but took away some wheel gap
  • Went with a non-staggered setup so that I can rotate tires
  • 235/35 instead of a 245/30 to avoid a rougher ride

Hey guys! I'm a newbie to this thread and I found it while googling Lexus GS wheels. I have 4 bent wheels... (don't ask) on a '07 GS350. I HAVE to buy new wheels. It's black on black and I want something nice, classic, and something with style at the same time. BTW, i'm Female LOL. I drive to work 30 miles one way, so I would like something that is stable and can last me years. Any suggestions? I'm looking to buy this week. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I like the black wheels with chrome lip but I'm thinking that might be just a fad and may not last too long. Don't laugh at me but I was looking at some rims from Ace Alloy? I like the Passion set LOL. Is that a good choice? Yes, I sound desperate but i ned HELP! Thanks so much - k

Hey K, Welcome to CL!

If you can afford the time, hold off on your purchase until you've had a chancesto do a little more homework. No good decisions are made in haste. Do you have a set of stock wheels you can put on the car until you buy aftermarket wheels?

Thanks so much for your warm welcome Twenty! The wheels that I have now are stock and they're the ones that are bent. It's drivable but it needs to be repaired so I was looking into purchasing some wheels and getting those repaired later on. If you could direct me somewhere that would be great. 20's are out of the question... I'm a baseball/football/basketball mom and I can't be rollin' around like that LOL. 18's it is.

To have them staggered right you need a 245/30/20 fr and 285/25/20 rr the middle # is a percentage of the width of the tire so 30% of a 275 is going to be larger than 30% of a 245 the side walls on the dimensions i gave you are near identical

I don't think I've previously added the newest set of wheels to this thread....don't remember adding the last set. Oh well, here's a couple shots of the MC3 Wheels. I think this is the 5th set that's been on this car. Probably won't be the last.
