I want to order the F sport intake and I am noticing hat there are 2 options.


Option #1 is the filter with the lower intake box.......$188

Option 2 is the filter, lower intake box, and the polished intake tube....$390

I am tempted to get the more expensive kit, but is the polished intake pipe worth $202 ???? I dont think so. Am I missing something or is this true?????

I just got the sway bars , and I want the shift **** as well so I may go the cheaper route. I am never opening the hood on a Lexus anyway

What do you mean? Are you saying for Option #1 all you get is the paper filter ($188)???

The second option you don't get the lower intake box, only filter and pipe, which is what DJVolume and I bought. What you can do is buy the first option, and then buy a separate JoeZ intake for like less than $120 if I remember correctly.

false advertising = refund

if it's not what you expected, there's no reason to keep it (unless of course you really want the f sport intake...)

Yeah, I sent a PM to Sewell Lexus so we'll see how that goes..

i guess mine was option 2, since the price listed was 390 before discount.. i only received air filter and polished tube also, but my understanding was that lower intake box only applies to IS.. i want that box too for obvious reasons..

Damn that is false advertising. It says lower box in the add. I am a little pissed but I am glad I asked. I a going to ask the guys in the parts department to call lexus and find out what the hell is going on. I want the lower intake box as described in the add

If thats the case then you will pay 300 dollars for a stinking polished tube with an F sport logo welded on it??? I am going to get the cheaper option if even. Its 188 dollars for an air filter
