Hi guys I just bought a 2009 GS 350 and the rep who sold me the car said I don't need to do any rust proofing on the car e.g. Krown etc. I live in Ontario Canada and we get snow and thus sand/salt are on the streets in the winter. Anyone think rust proofing is a good idea or not?

 

absolutely a must. the amount of salt used in ontario is a heck a lot more than what we use in bc.

 

PUDDY: "I just left out a couple of things: rust-proofing."

JERRY: "Rust-proofing?"

PUDDY: "Transport charge, storage surcharge, additional overcharge, finder’s fee."

JERRY: "Finder’s fee? It was on the lot!"

PUDDY: "Yeah, that’s right. Floor mats, keys..."

JERRY: "Keys!?"

PUDDY: "How ya gonna start it?"

 

Dont forget, wheel locks, documentation fee, paint sealant, tire insurance and gap insurance
