Where IS the tire pressure reset button on a 2008?
My tire pressure warning light came on today. I checked my tires, the original ones that came with my 2008 GS350, and they were all about 31-34, so I made them all 35. The warning light still did not go off.
I read the manual about the initial reset sequence to see if that would make the warning light go off, BUT the button that the manual says to push is NOT on my car. I suspect the manual is wrong, since the button was probably moved after 2007 but the manual was not updated.
Where IS the reset button on a 2008? (I *guessing* that it might in the same place on a 2009 as well.)

Are you sure it's not there? I don't have an '08 but I would be surprised if they moved it. They first time I looked for that button, I couldn't find it either but it IS there. I don't have the car with me right now to take pictures but from what I remember, it is hidden close to the bottom edge of the plastic trim. It is roughly in line with the steering column. I had to get on my back and stick my head into the foot well itself with a flashlight in hand and it still took me a few mins to find it the first time.
Also, usually when I get the low pressure warning due to a drop in temperature and I add air, the warning light resets itself after a few mins of driving after adding air.

first of all you should not have to reset the tps. as soon as the pressure is good inside the wheel, the light should turn off after a few mins max
the button, i really can't remember since i have worked so many lexus. but it's not underneath the driver side dash?

One the passenger side below the glove box next to the center console is the main/2nd sensor button. Under the steering wheel, almost next to the OBDII plug is the reset/initialize button for the sensors. Push the start button twice, then hold the reset button down. The guage cluster display will tell you when you have reset the sensors.

I didn't take a picture of the glovebox button but it is against the sidewall of the center console in the passenger footwell. As stated previously, unless you actually stick your head in the footwells, you will probably never see the buttons because it's pretty dark under there.

ok i just went down to my car and stuck my head underneath the dash....
first on the passenger side, underneath the glove box and the knee airbag, close to the center console, do you see the button for tps selection? you should see a button.
under the driver side dash, UNDER the dash, underneath the steering column, BEHIND the knee airbag. stick your head underneath the driver side and look up. you should see the button.

you still have to have the dealer program these to the car correct
I dont recall seeing the set button on the driver side but have to look again. I know where the TPMS selection button is on the passenger side.

to clarify your comment, this button for main/2nd is to switch between 2 sets of wheels (assumes you have tpms in both sets of wheels), eg: switching from summer wheel package to winter wheel package.
