I had all four my brake pads replaced few months back with new Lexus brand ones and now when I am slowing down the front brakes seems like they rattle or the shims are rocking back and forth. Is there some one that has had the same problem?
This problem only happens at low speed <10mph. Sometimes there is rattle sound from the front brakes when I start up the car when they are cold. The only difference between these brakes and the original ones is that these brakes are the low dust ones. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Did whomever did the replacement pads use the grease on the shims and back of the pads?

 

Yes from what I have been told, the grease was used, But I will have to double check on Monday. Oh BTW I took it back to the shop and they said they could glue the shim to brake pad. I dont know if that could fix the problem
