Default Warranty Work Done

Brought my car in to Lexus to have them do the 3 recalls on the 2006 GS300.

Here's a list of issues
1) Replaced the Lexus Fuel Delivery Pipe (9LA)
2) Replaced the rear brake dust boot (9LB)
3) Replaced the power steering link (9LC)

Complained about moldy smell coming from the AC.

They ended up installing an Air Amplifier Assembly. Anyone have a clue what this is? Is this legit?

Complained about head light level as it seemed too low.

They said that the headlights were self leveling. Are they giving me the runaround? I read somewhere in the manual that you can adjust the height.

Air Assembly P/N is LEX 88650-30B93
Cabin Air Filter P/N is LEX 87139-07010

They had my car for 11 days. And yes they filled up my tank with gas. Who knows if they put premium though.
