Default Future GS300 owner query

Hello All,
Im in the brink of buying a GS300 AWD 34k miles, rear cam,DVD, NAVI, Mark, 18" wheels, trunk spoiler, 2 owner- lease return, dealer is asking $27100.
*Is this a "Fully optioned" 06 AWD GS??
*Upon test drive i noticed the the "Maintenance- Oil change required" alert is on- according to dealer (Ford dealer), they changed the oil but the service light just needs resetting (i did verify that they changed the oil). How do we go about resetting the service oil alert?
*I noticed that the "!" icon on the right hand side of the cluster is on- What does the "!" alert stand for?
*No rattles, drives smooth upon test drive-sooo smooth i didnt notice im hitting 80mph a couple secs upon frwy entry.. Do this cars have CVT transmissions??
*Is the 18" oem five spoke wheels an option?
*What do you guys think of the asking price $27100... I actually have a trade in Porsche which they are willing trade/purchase for $3000 below private party retail (Which i think is SWEET)... But, they are not budging on their asking price for the GS.(not yet...Their car has been on the lot for more than a month now)

Thanks!!!

Fully optioned - pretty much.

Oil Message and ! symbol - both are related and can be reset. Instructions in owners manual or you can search this forum

No CVT transmission. It is a 6 speed auto.

18" is an upgrade from standard 17" but most cars have the 18" five spoke.

I don't know about asking price... looks good to me on first glance- check kbb.com.

1. Fully optioned

2. Regarding the reset of the maintenance light:
1. Push the “ODO TRIP” switch in the switch box to
change the display to blank.
2. Turn the engine switch off.
3. Turn the engine switch on with the trip meter “RESET”
switch held down.
4. Keep pushing the “RESET” switch for longer than 7
seconds after the engine switch is turned on.
After the above operation, the master warning light comes
on, a warning tone sounds and the above message
appears to inform you that the engine oil maintenance
data has been reset.

3. For the price, it doesn't look bad compared to other cars in your area.

Hope that helps
