If you do a search I asked a similar question when I first got my car. I should even have replies that shows you what you need to adjust them.
Word of warning, it's real easy to adjust them wrong or to strip the gear with the tip of a philips. So take your time, and I would use a wall that is at least 4 car lenghs infront of you. First time I adjusted it with my garage door a car lengh infront of me. Boy was I super high on my aim.
